Do not use a TRU3 result as your only basis for accepting or rejecting a job. Confirm compensation, benefits, deductions, per-diem treatment, and withholding with the employer or a qualified professional.
Two different tax numbers
Expected paycheck withholding estimates what an employer may remove from a paycheck. Projected annual taxes estimates job-related tax over a year. They may differ because withholding elections, multiple jobs, spouse income, credits, deductions, year-to-date earnings, and other circumstances affect the final amount.
Why an actual paycheck may differ
Employer payroll settings, pay dates, benefit deductions, retirement contributions, wage limits, overtime policies, bonuses, taxable per diem, home and work locations, reciprocity rules, local taxes, and changes in law can all change take-home pay.
Coverage labels matter
TRU3 identifies the calculation source and confidence for each layer. “Verified” means a supported rule set has been implemented and tested; it does not mean an official agency has certified the result. State, local, regional, and international amounts marked as estimates may use generalized assumptions or user-supplied rates.
No professional relationship
TRU3 does not provide tax, financial, accounting, legal, or employment advice, and using it does not create a professional or fiduciary relationship. For a decision with significant consequences, consult the employer, payroll department, tax agency, or a qualified adviser.
Crypto and NFT valuations
Token spot prices and NFT floor prices estimate market value; they do not guarantee liquidity. Live offers are a stronger sell-now signal but can expire, be canceled, apply to only one asset, or fail marketplace settlement. TRU3 conservatively avoids multiplying the same detected collection bid across every NFT, but provider data can still be incomplete or delayed.
No guarantee
We work to improve the calculations, but we cannot guarantee that any estimate is complete, current, or error-free. You remain responsible for reviewing the assumptions and verifying the outcome.
