Acceptance and eligibility
By using TRU3, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Planning tool—not professional advice
TRU3 provides estimates for education and planning. It does not provide tax, legal, investment, accounting, employment, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying results and should not rely on TRU3 alone when accepting or rejecting a job or making another important financial decision.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and lawful inputs.
- Review the assumptions, coverage labels, and calculation details shown with each result.
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not enter sensitive information that TRU3 does not request.
Optional accounts
You may use the current beta as a guest or create an account to save a calculator profile across devices. You are responsible for access to your email and for activity through your account. Contact support@tru3app.com if you believe someone accessed it without permission.
Current product scope
The current beta does not hold funds, process payments or crypto transactions, provide a custodial crypto wallet, connect to a bank, or prepare or file a tax return. The read-only crypto tool can display public blockchain and marketplace data but cannot access, sign for, or move wallet assets. Future features may be governed by additional terms.
Crypto market data
Token prices, NFT floors, listings, bids, and sales can be delayed, incomplete, manipulated, expired, or unavailable. A floor is an asking price and an offer may be subject to quantity, expiration, fees, royalties, marketplace rules, and settlement conditions. TRU3 does not guarantee that an asset can be sold for a displayed amount.
Ownership
TRU3, its design, software, branding, and original content are owned by TRU3 or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the service for personal, lawful purposes.
Availability and warranties
The service and its estimates are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, noninfringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRU3 and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or reliance on an estimate. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid TRU3 in the prior 12 months or $100.
Changes, suspension, and governing law
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service and may update these terms. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
