Reporting a calculation issue
For the most useful report, include the tax coverage labels shown in the result and non-sensitive example values that reproduce the issue. If you compare the result with a paystub, remove your name, address, employer, employee ID, account details, and other personal information first.
Common questions
Does TRU3 connect to a bank?
No. The current beta uses information you enter and does not request bank access.
Is the tax result guaranteed?
No. The result is a planning estimate. Review the coverage labels and calculation disclaimer.
Does TRU3 file taxes or move money?
No. It does not prepare tax returns, hold funds, or process payments or crypto transactions.
